Marie-Elaine is a certified occupational therapist who completed her Masters degree at McGill University. Being active and passionate of outdoors activities, she believes a healthy mind in a healthy body is key to living a fulfilled life. From there, she has developed an interest to work in motion and learning through action. She seeks to promote her beliefs in helping children blossom and develop to their full potentials. In her Masters degree, Marie-Elaine completed a clinical placement at the MAB-Mackay Rehabilitation Centre in paediatrics. This experience has confirmed her interest to work with children and their families. She is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
During her free time, Marie-Elaine loves to do sports, walk in the outdoors with her dog and discover new horizons. She is also passionate about canoe camping and has paddled many rivers across the province of Quebec. These experiences have thought her to be humble and a self-learner.
