Andy completed both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy at McGill University, where he was able to gain valuable experiences evaluating and using sensory integration approaches when working with the pediatric population – his second placement being in a community-based pediatric setting and his final clinical practicum at Kiddo Active, Andy was able to expand and solidify the knowledge and understanding of the therapeutic approaches when working with the pediatric population. Andy enjoys working with children and their families to enable them in reaching functional goals, and to open windows of opportunity. His positive attitude and engagement with each of his clients helps fosters trust and connectedness to his clients.
Throughout his studies, Andy engaged in work alongside children, most notably as a swimming instructor for children ages 4-12. In his spare time, Andy enjoys cycling, skiing, drawing, cooking, baking, and working out at the gym.
