Member of the l’Ordre des Ergothérapeutes du Quebec (OEQ)
Trained in the ‘Handwriting Without Tears’ program
Anita completed both her undergraduate and master’s degree in Occupational Therapy at McGill University in 2016. Anita’s final clinical placement was at Kiddo Active where she had the opportunity to put theory about sensory-motor development into practice and work with children and their families to identify the child’s needs and optimize their abilities and performance in school, home and leisure activities.
Anita always enjoyed working with ‘kiddos’, whether as a soccer coach or tutor. She is determined to find the right teaching strategies for each individual child to help them reach their full potential and achieve success in various areas of their life.
When Anita is not working or planning fun therapeutic activities for kids, she enjoys running, reading a good book and spending time with family and friends.
