Christiana Stanciu
Speech Language Pathologist
Christiana holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from McGill University and went on to complete her master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology at Université de Montréal. She has always known that she wanted to work with children and was first drawn to this field through her experience as a swimming instructor. In this role, she learned the importance of adapting her approach to each child’s individual needs, strengths, and learning style, an approach she now brings to her work as an SLP. Moreover, her experience has allowed her to become comfortable providing services in both French and English.
Christiana is passionate about creating a supportive and engaging environment where children can develop their communication skills with confidence. She values building strong relationships with her clients and collaborating with families and other professionals to support communication across everyday environments. Her areas of professional interest include augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), speech sound disorders, and autism spectrum disorder.
Outside of work, Christiana enjoys travelling, swimming, and spending time with family and friends!
