Émilie completed her bachelor’s and professional master's degree in occupational therapy at Laval University. Her terminal project was on sensory integration with a last internship in pediatric. Since, she has worked in various settings with adults and geriatrics and specialized in mental health. She also participated as a teaching resource clinician at Laval University. Personal and professional experiences brought her to reintegrate pediatric in her daily practice. She has many experiences with children as a coach, day camp facilitator and volunteering. She achieved an internship in occupational therapy in Senegal and volunteered in an orphanage in Kenya. She is now developing and offering services for an international adoption’s community organization.
Émilie loves outdoors activities, running, human relations, travelling and the child development. Her family, relatives and yoga are central to her life. Émilie also loves dance, writing and DIY beauty and household products to bring herself back to the present moment. She is very excited and grateful to join KiddoActive knowledgeable team to support children and their families!
