Ivy has developed great interests in treating paediatric population throughout her studies. In order to perfection ivy's expertise, she has collaborated with many paediatric rehabilitation centres such as the paediatric department in Jewish Rehabilitation Hospital and the Montreal Children's Hospital. Further more, Ivy has participated in treating children with neurological condition in Ottawa and in South Africa. To further enrich her experience, Ivy coached young children in multiple sports such as soccer and cycling. Ivy continues to find her experience with children full-filling and wishes to continue supporting daily function of children.
To complete her Physical Therapy services, Ivy has decided to also specialize in pelvic floor re-education. With a successful completion in pelvic floor specialized internship and with a level 1 certification in pelvic floor re-education, Ivy is able in supporting men and women who seek helps in pelvic floor re-education. As a Physical Therapist, Ivy performs evidence based practice and she actively pursues in continuing education aiming to deliver the most effective treatments to her patients.
In leisure time, Ivy is an athletic and enthusiastic girl. She trains multiple days a week for rock climbing and enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and skiing. Ivy loves spending time expanding her knowledge in many different domains to become a well rounded person.
