Jessica completed her undergraduate degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2015 and decided that she wanted to make a greater impact on her community by helping people in other ways. She went on to complete a master degree in Occupational Therapy at McGill University. She is excited to be joining the Kiddo Active team and to be working alongside extremely knowledgeable and inspiring therapists.
Jessica developed her passion for pediatrics while working as a swimming instructor for kids with special needs in the Aqua Percept program at the Pointe Claire pool. She had the chance to expand her knowledge of pediatrics through an advanced course taken in the last year of her degree. Finally, volunteering in the Skating and Friendship club at Kiddo Active further ignited her interest and passion for pediatrics. Jessica loves working with children and their families to help them achieve their functional goals and to help them grow as a family in their everyday activities.
Jessica would describe herself as dedicated and dynamic, always willing to go the extra mile for her patients. During her free time, she enjoys swimming, running, yoga and recently completed her first triathlon.
