Josée-Anne graduated from the State University of New York in Plattsburgh (class of ‘18) with a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. She completed her bachelors (class of ‘15) in Psychology and Linguistics at Concordia University. During that time, she was involved in organizing and conducting research studies examining language, social, and cognitive development in children. As a bilingual speaker herself, she was particularly interested in the research examining the effects of bilingualism on children's development. Her interest in research has continued as she strongly believes in the importance of incorporating research findings into her interventions with children.
Josée-Anne has always known she wanted to work in pediatrics. She is dedicated to working with children and their families and is passionate about providing them with individually tailored interventions to meet their specific needs, while also creating a fun, creative and engaging environment. As part of her holistic approach, she feels strongly about the importance of empowering families and providing them with strategies and knowledge that they can use at home and in the community. Josée-Anne is a native French speaker and is qualified to provide services in both French and English.
Josée-Anne enjoys an active and social lifestyle. She is always looking for new activities to try both for herself and her clients. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, running, cooking and reading. She also loves spending time with her friends and family.
