Karate Club 2019 Winter dates coming soon Call Reception to reserve you place
For the 3rd time, Kiddo Active Therapy is collaborating with Club de Karate Ouest de l'île to offer children the opportunity to learn self-defense, build confidence, concentration, and discipline, and improve their gross motor skills through martial arts.
If your child has difficulty with coordination, balance, body awareness, following instructions or tires easily with physical activity, Karate Club is a great place to be!
Our two occupational therapists, Megan (black belt) and Kathryn (brown belt), trained in Kyokushin karate, will break down the basic martial arts skills in an engaging and interactive program. Children will have the opportunity to practice basic karate techniques and use focus mitts, kicking shields, punching bags, and more.
Children will work alongside their parents in this 6-week parent & child program.
Come out and discover your inner "chi" with Karate Club!
