- Pregnant women and postnatal women
- Vegetarian nutrition
- Introduction to solid foods
- Food allergies and intolerances
- GI disturbances (constipation, gas, and diarrhea)
- Reflux
- Gluten intolerance
- Weight related issues
- Anemia
- Picky eaters
- Body image concern
Preparing for your appointment:
- Keep an accurate 3-5 day record of everything your child eats and drinks.
- Bring a copy of your child’s latest blood test results, allergy tests, or other relevant test results.
- Bring a copy of your child’s growth curve and vaccine booklet with measurements.
- Bring a list of any questions that you may have
What to expect:
- At your initial visit, the dietitian will ask you about your child’s medical history, feeding history and growth history. The appointment may last between 60-75 minutes.
- After a thorough nutritional assessment, the dietitian will be able to provide a personalized nutrition care plan so you can start working on dietary goals right away. Written material will be provided.
