Member of Ordre des ergothérapeutes du Québec (OEQ)
Samantha earned her master’s degree in occupational therapy at McGill University, furthering her knowledge of pediatrics with the advanced pediatrics course in her last year. She also has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Concordia University. Working with children has always come naturally to Samantha; for example, she has always been the one to keep the children busy at family gatherings. She has pediatric experience with children as a camp counsellor, a neurofeedback coach, teaching English to children in Nicaragua in 2014, and her clinical placement at the MAB-Mackay Rehabilitation Centre. To Samantha, every child is unique and she hopes to help children realize their full potential, working with their strengths to overcome their challenges. She is very excited to be part of the dynamic Kiddo Active team and looks forward to sharing and growing her passion with the team and families that she works with. She strongly believes in a balanced lifestyle, always making time for family and friends, meditating, jogging, yoga, biking, attending concerts, travelling and reading.
