Wenqing Cai
Occupational Therapist

Wenqing completed her undergraduate and master’s degree in occupational therapy at McGill University in 2020. Throughout her studies she completed various clinical placements in rehabilitation centers and acute care hospitals for adult and pediatric populations. In her third year of undergraduate studies, she started working as an educator at private home for a child with congenital developmental delay. This opportunity sparked her interest in working with children as she learned tremendously on how to integrate play into therapeutic activities.
In her spare times, Wenqing enjoys engaging in physical activities such as swimming, frisbee, hiking and badminton. She also likes to try new food recipes and make polymer clay charms for fun.
Wenqing is excited to become part of the Kiddo Active team. She is motivated to learn from her colleagues and to apply her knowledge into practice. Wenqing hopes that her therapeutic practice may help children overcome their challenges and promote their participation in meaningful activities and play.
